We are beginning to develop online learning tools or video modules that introduce new and experienced Volunteers to the world of volunteering with AFS! In these early stages, we have started with an Induction/ Welcome to AFS for new Volunteers and an introduction to the role of Support Coordinator. There was lots of positive energy and enthusiasm around this idea and getting it up and running is a huge step forward in the way we communicate, and provide training. Over the next several months, we hope to build on these and create more online learning resources for other AFS Volunteer roles.
